He looks similar to my Son Otti's 'Buddy'. Otti is currently sad because Buddy is sick, but I was told he is slowly getting better. While he was sick, he was hiding, not eating and wouldn't cuddle, but my ex said he is now coming out of his shell, but his meow sounds still weak.
