Not everyone is good

Extremes are bad; and living in them means living in chaos. Today, I’m talking about one of them, an extreme that many of us overlook, the "goodism."

There is a generalized idealization of goodness, the good side of human nature. Taking that to the extreme and believing that everyone is good ("goodism") is as dangerous as its counterpart, thinking that everyone is bad.

There are people who are born bad, people who become bad because of their environment, and demonic, evil and perverse people. It's a fact. The disaster occurs when such beings encounter "goodism." When you are innocent and believe that everyone is innocent, it's easy to fall into deceit, traps, and end up being a victim.

Balance, and common sense will help us live with good people, people with not-so-good situations or decisions, and protect us from evil people.

Todos los extremos son malos, vivir en ellos es vivir en un constante caos, hoy hablo de uno extremo que pocos ignoramos, el "buenismo".

Hay una idealización generalizada acerca de la bondad, de la parte buena del ser humano, llevar eso al extremo y creer que todos son buenos ("buenismo") es tan peligroso como su contraparte, pensar que todos son malos.

Hay gente mala por naturaleza, hay gente mala porque su entorno los ha hecho así, hay gente demoniaca y perversa, es un hecho, y el desastre aparece cuando seres como estos se cruzan con el "buenismo". Cuando se es inocente y crees que todos son inocentes, es fácil caer en el engaño, en las trampas y terminar siendo victima.

El equilibrio, la sensatez y el sentido común nos ayudarán a vivir y a convivir con gente buena, gente buena con situaciones o con decisiones no tan buenas y a protegernos de gente mala.
