Thanks. No snow around here and mild. Remember, I'm about 350 clicks EAST of you. With no mountains / ocean to mitigate nearby, I have just about the same climate as you, only slightly later / earlier depending on dominating influences (Azores high, Iceland low, Siberia cold).

Yeah that's what I thought. I wasn't sure where in Germany the country starts to see snow. So the mountains and further east I guess
We have snow pretty much only in the uplands and in the mountains anymore. It was different when I was a boy. I just read an article that our climate in Saarbrücken has "shifted south" and is now what Dijon used to be 30 years ago. Sounds about right.
