Esta semana fue un poquito fuerte para mi a nivel físico, estuvo llena de trabajo, ensayos para un próximo evento, caminé mucho, la universidad; pero al final de semana pese a ese cansancio, me siento muy bien… estaré unas semanas inactiva nuevamente por diversos motivos, y por tal razón, estos días de entreno me los disfruté🙏🏽. No tomé tantas fotos, pero estoy muy feliz por lo logrado. Cuéntame, cómo te fue con tus entrenos esta semana? Gracias por leerme, te mando un fuerte abrazo💖
Hellooo, I hope you are feeling great and have had a great week! These days I've been reflecting on how my body really appreciates training, especially emotionally. This week was a bit hard for me physically, it was full of work, rehearsals for an upcoming event, a lot of walking, university; but at the end of the week despite that fatigue, I feel great... I will be inactive for a few weeks again for various reasons, and for that reason, these training days I have been taking them disfruté🙏🏽.
