I can’t believe it, but my friend, the stunning Miss Universe Slovakia, came to visit me in Tulum, and it was an unforgettable trip! The last time I saw her was at the Miss Universe 2022 pageant, so it was amazing to catch up in person. Tulum, with its beautiful beaches and unique vibe, made for the perfect destination for us to reconnect and relax.
Tulum is not just any beach destination—it’s one of the most magical places I’ve ever been. With its crystal-clear turquoise waters and soft white sand, the Caribbean Sea here is truly one of the best in the world. If you’ve never been, you’re missing out on a paradise that offers so much more than just beach relaxation.
There’s so much to do in Tulum:
1. Visit the Tulum Ruins: These ancient Mayan ruins are perched above the turquoise sea, offering stunning views and a peek into history.
2. Cenotes: Tulum is home to some of the most beautiful cenotes (natural sinkholes filled with fresh water), like Gran Cenote and Cenote Dos Ojos. They are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply soaking in the natural beauty.
3. Beach Clubs: Whether you want to party or chill, Tulum’s beach clubs like Papaya Playa Project and CoCo Tulum have the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the day with music, food, and amazing views.
4. Yoga & Wellness: Tulum is a top destination for wellness and yoga retreats. It’s the perfect spot to relax your mind and body in a serene environment.
5. Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve: A UNESCO World Heritage site, this protected reserve is a must-see for nature lovers. You can take a boat tour through the mangroves and spot wildlife in its natural habitat.
It was so nice to share these experiences with my friend, who had never visited Tulum before. We explored the beaches, swam in cenotes, and had the best time lounging under the sun. Reuniting with her after so long was special, and being in such a beautiful place made it even better!
Tulum is definitely a destination you should have on your bucket list—whether you’re looking for adventure, relaxation, or just an escape to paradise.
