My thoughts about yoga
Due to Covid the scope of being able to do any form of physical exercise were shrinking lockdown shut out the gyms and public spaces people were stuck in their homes, atleast in my country the birthplace of yoga was such during this time I discovered yoga. The fascinating thing about yoga is you actually don't need any instrument none maybe just a mat if you don't keep your house clean enough(no judging though, it's your house).
Benifits of yoga
- Complete body involvement, you can flex out your body wether they exist in this plain or the other (soul).
- Process of self discovery atleast for me a lot of breathing exercises which you do put you in a calm state of mind in a place absolutely essential for self discovery.
- For every age group, anyone can be involved in it from a kid to their grandparents. It has something in the store for everyone.
- No excuse like none, for a walk people might say it is too dark now, to hot or gym goers body is sore can't go need to go to work later, gym is too packed these days.
Since one don't have any of these excuses, they have to accept that they are missing their exercise due to lack of their discipline and sincerity nothing else is holding them back.
