I promised you that every Sunday I would talk about my week of preparation for life. These were very interesting days at the gym, the sunrises were so beautiful and comforting everyday that encouraged physical exercise. All the people who came there enjoyed themselves and worked very hard to prepare themselves. That was so important to me because I could practice every day happily, but more important to me is the physical change that I'm feeling day by day.

Les prometí que cada domingo hablaría sobre mi semana de preparación para la vida. Estos fueron días muy interesantes en el gimnasio, los amaneceres eran tan hermosos y reconfortantes cada día que animaban a ejercitarse físicamente. Todas las personas que vinieron allí disfrutaron y trabajaron muy duro para prepararse. Eso fue muy importante para mí porque pude practicar felizmente todos los días, pero lo más importante para mí es el cambio físico que estoy sintiendo día a día.
