Heute ganz klassischer Sonntag. Ich habe nicht super viel gemacht, habe aber sehr sehr viel im Haus aufgerĂ€umt, auch ein paar Möbel umgestellt, so dass ich jetzt in meinem Arbeitszimmer wieder wesentlich mehr Platz habe, was mir auf jeden Fall sehr gefĂ€llt, weil ich die komplette nĂ€chste Woche Homeoffice habe, worauf ich mich schon sehr freue. Ich habe heute auch das Walkingpad mal wieder ausgepackt, dadurch konnte ich heute einiges an Schritten machen. Fittnesstudio habe ich heute tatsĂ€chlich gelassen. Ich werde dafĂŒr morgen gehen. Das lag gröĂtenteils daran, dass ich ein bisschen die Zeit vergessen habe. Ich hatte eigentlich gedacht, dass das Studio bis 10 Uhr offen hat, hat es aber nicht, es hat nur bis 8 Uhr offen.

A very typical Sunday today. I didnât do much but spent a lot of time tidying up the house and rearranging some furniture. Now I have significantly more space in my home office, which I really like because Iâll be working from home all of next week, and Iâm looking forward to it. I also unpacked the walking pad again today, which helped me get in quite a few steps. I skipped the gym today, but Iâll go tomorrow. Mostly because I lost track of timeâI thought the gym was open until 10 PM, but it turns out it only stays open until 8 PM.

Ja, was gab es bei mir heute zu essen? Ich hatte heute HĂ€hnchen in Filet, zusammen mit Reis und Sauerkraut, und habe mir dann noch ein Teil vom HĂ€hnchen in Mehrkornbrot reingepackt. Die waren noch ĂŒbrig vom Aufbacken und ich wollte die nicht wegschmeiĂen. Dementsprechend heute eigentlich einen ganz guten Wert, klar fĂŒr Kohlenhydrate. Apropos Kohlenhydrate, da fĂ€llt mir noch gerade ein, meine Freundin hat mir einen Adventskalender gemacht, aus 24 Haribo-TĂŒten, pro Tag gibt es eine, die werde ich aber nicht alle essen können. Aber super sĂŒĂ, vor allem weil die alle auch einzeln schön verpackt worden sind. Ja, meine Freundin ist schon sĂŒĂ.
What about the calories?
So, what did I eat today? I had chicken fillet with rice and sauerkraut, and then used some of the chicken to make a sandwich with multigrain bread. These were leftover rolls, and I didnât want to waste them. Overall, today was a good balance, especially in terms of carbs. Speaking of carbs, I just remembered that my girlfriend made me an advent calendar with 24 Haribo bagsâone for each day. I wonât be able to eat them all, but itâs super sweet, especially since each one was beautifully wrapped. My girlfriend is truly adorable.
