Heute war ich im Homeoffice und habe mich erst gegen Abend wirklich bewegt. In der Mittagspause habe ich ein wenig mit meinen Katzen gespielt, damit auch sie etwas Bewegung bekommen. Zum Mittagessen habe ich etwas sehr Einfaches gemacht: Heißluftfritteuse für ein halbes Hähnchen genutzt, Reiskocher mit Wasser und Reis gestartet, und nach einer halben Stunde war alles perfekt. Der Reis hat zwar nur 10 Minuten gebraucht, aber dank der Warmhaltefunktion war er auch später perfekt. Es war unglaublich lecker.
Am Abend ging es ins Fitnessstudio, heute standen Beine auf dem Plan. Leider war das Studio extrem voll, sodass man nur Geräte nutzen konnte, wenn man andere fragte, wie lange sie noch brauchen. Ich war überrascht, dass es um diese Jahreszeit so voll ist, normalerweise ist es um Weihnachten herum leerer. Nach dem Training habe ich experimentiert und Rührei in der Heißluftfritteuse gemacht. Hat sogar geklappt. lol. Mit Tortillas habe ich daraus eine Art Burrito gemacht nur halt ohne alles andere. Nur Ei. Für Faule. Für mich.
Schrittetechnisch war der Tag eher schwach mit etwas mehr als 6.000 Schritten, aber da ich momentan eh nicht posten kann, sieht man das ja nicht. Bis morgen!

Today, I worked from home and only started moving more towards the evening. During my lunch break, I played with my cats a bit to give them some exercise. For lunch, I kept it super simple: popped a half chicken into the air fryer, filled the rice cooker with water and rice, and 30 minutes later, everything was perfectly done. The rice only takes about 10 minutes, but thanks to the warming function, it was ready when I needed it. It was incredibly delicious.
In the evening, I went to the gym and focused on legs today. Unfortunately, it was packed, and I could only use equipment after asking people how much longer they needed and waiting nearby. I was surprised by how busy it was since gyms are usually emptier around Christmas time. After my workout, I tried a little experiment: making scrambled eggs in the air fryer. It worked! lol. I even used tortillas to create a kind of burrito.
Step-wise, the day was quite weak with just over 6,000 steps, but since I can't post right now, no one will see that anyway. See you tomorrow!

I hate how busy my new gym gets, recently moved and this is the only gym in the area, always so crowded! thankfully it's 24 hours so I got a 6am workout in today with relatively few people, was nice for once!

Ich bin auch ein großer Fan der Heißluftfriteuse geworden.
Absolut klasse und mega effizient.
Man kann ja auch quasi alles damit machen, sehr verrückte Teile!
Ein volles Fitnesstudio ist natürlich ätzend...
Da willste eigentlich nur entspannt dein Programm abspuhlen, aber nö, so nicht.
Immerhin konntest du so gut etwas machen. Hoffetnlich legt sich das wieder. Damit du deine Ruhe hast!
