Heute war ein richtig cooler Tag. Ich konnte die Ergebnisse der letzten Wochen präsentieren und habe ab jetzt Urlaub bis Ende des Jahres. Darüber freue ich mich sehr, weil ich endlich mal wieder nichts tun kann. Vielleicht fotografiere ich mal wieder oder zocke ein bisschen. Ich bin gespannt, was ich mit der freien Zeit anfangen werde. Da ich diesmal nicht verreise, wird es auf jeden Fall interessant.
Am Abend war ich noch recht lange im Fitnessstudio und habe Brust und Bauch trainiert, mit ein bisschen Trizeps dabei. Dementsprechend habe ich mich heute gut bewegt.
Zu essen gab es bei mir heute Hähnchen mit Reis. Und natürlich durfte mein Haribo-Kalender nicht fehlen – heute war eine Tüte Colorado dabei, die ich liebe! Leider bedeutete das einen ziemlich hohen Kohlenhydratwert. Nach dem Training hatte ich noch ein High-Protein-Eis. Mehr gibt es von heute eigentlich nicht zu erzählen. Vielleicht schaffe ich es morgen oder übermorgen, auf meinem Hauptaccount wieder einen Fotobeitrag zu posten. Ich habe noch viele Bilder und vielleicht sogar ein Video. Mal schauen, was die nächsten Wochen bringen.

Today was a really great day. I presented the results of the past few weeks and now I’m officially on vacation until the end of the year. I’m super excited to finally do nothing for a while. Maybe I’ll pick up photography again or play some video games. I’m curious to see what I’ll do with all this free time. Since I’m not traveling this time, it’ll be an interesting change.
In the evening, I spent quite some time at the gym, training chest and abs, with a bit of triceps as well. So, I got a good amount of movement in today.
For food, I had chicken with rice. And of course, my Haribo calendar wasn’t left out – today’s bag was Colorado, which I absolutely love! Unfortunately, that meant a fairly high carb intake. After my workout, I had a high-protein ice cream. That’s about it for today. Hopefully, tomorrow or the day after, I’ll manage to post a photo update on my main account. I still have lots of pictures and maybe even a video. Let’s see what the next few weeks bring.
