🇩🇪 Deutsch

Heute habe ich erstmal ausgeschlafen und den Tag entspannt begonnen. Danach habe ich einiges aufgeräumt, Wäsche gemacht und war anschließend im Fitnessstudio, wo ich Beine trainiert habe. Diesmal habe ich sowohl Übungen mit als auch ohne Geräte gemacht, was eine gute Abwechslung war.

Zu essen gab es bei mir heute Hähnchenbrust, 6 Eier und Datteln. Ich habe mir Datteln gekauft, weil sie für 1,30€ pro 200g echt günstig sind – praktisch genauso günstig wie eine Tüte Haribo, wenn nicht sogar etwas günstiger. Außerdem schmecken sie besser und enthalten Fruchtzucker statt raffiniertem Zucker, was ich ziemlich cool finde.

Ansonsten war der Tag recht ruhig und unspektakulär. Morgen wird ähnlich verlaufen, aber danach stehen ein paar spannende Dinge an. Ich hoffe, die werden cool, damit die Beiträge wieder interessanter werden. Bis dann, ciao!

Today, I slept in and started the day off relaxed. Afterward, I did some cleaning, did the laundry, and went to the gym, where I trained legs. This time, I did exercises both with and without machines, which was a nice change.

For food, I had chicken breast, 6 eggs, and dates. I bought some dates because they’re really cheap at €1.30 for 200g – practically the same price as a bag of Haribo, if not a bit cheaper. Plus, they taste better and contain natural fruit sugar instead of refined sugar, which I find pretty cool.

Other than that, it was a calm and uneventful day. Tomorrow will be similar, but I have some exciting things planned afterward. I hope they turn out well so that my posts become more interesting again. See you soon, ciao!

Das klingt nach einem Top Tag!
Viel geschafft und dann im Studio nochmal Gas gegeben. Muss ich wirklich sagen, genau solche Tage fühlen sich einfach mega an. Also richtig gut, freut mich total für dich.

Dein Essen ist wieder einfach geil 🤣
Aber auch solche Tage kenne ich. Bei mir ist normalerweise mehr Brot dabei, passt zum Hähnchen und zu den Eiern.
Datteln finde ich nicht so geil, bin eher der Feigen Typ. Datteln sind auf jeden Fall besser als Haribo, das ist unstreitig 👍

Auf die nächsten Tage bin ich gespannt 😄
Hoffentlich komme ich auch drin vor 🤣🥳
