Heute habe ich meine Freundin zu ihrem Praxissemester begleitet, durfte aber natürlich nicht mit rein. Währenddessen bin ich vor Ort in ein Fitnessstudio gegangen. Es war ein interessantes Studio – nicht groß, nicht überfüllt, aber super modern. Es hatte richtig gute Geräte von Matrix, und die Schränke wurden mit Fingerabdruck gesperrt. Ich habe dort Brust, Bauch und Trizeps trainiert.
Nach dem Training war ich mit meiner Freundin in einer großen Kirche. Wir wollten uns eine recht coole Krippe anschauen, aber die war leider noch nicht komplett aufgebaut. Abends haben wir einen Spaziergang gemacht und waren einkaufen.
Zu essen gab es heute Morgen zwei Mehrkornbrötchen und ein Laugenbrötchen. Später habe ich Bratkartoffeln mit veganen Dino-Nuggets gegessen und noch einen Meerfrucht-Berliner. Dazu hatte ich einen Eiweißshake ausprobiert – ein neues Proteinpulver von Ironmax, das es aktuell bei Lidl gibt. Ich habe Chocolate-Cookie genommen, aber das Pulver hat Cookie-Stücke, die sich nicht auflösen. Beim Trinken hat man dann plötzlich Stückchen im Mund, was ich als ziemlich unangenehm empfand. Absolut keine Empfehlung von mir.
Alles in allem war heute ein Tag mit einem guten Kaloriendefizit, auch wenn der Proteinwert etwas niedriger ausfällt.

Today, I accompanied my girlfriend to her internship, though I wasn’t allowed to join her inside. Meanwhile, I visited a local gym. It was an interesting gym – not big or crowded but very modern. It had excellent equipment from Matrix, and the lockers were locked with a fingerprint scanner. I trained chest, abs, and triceps there.
Afterward, my girlfriend and I visited a large church. We wanted to see a nativity scene that was supposed to be quite impressive, but it wasn’t fully set up yet. In the evening, we went for a walk and did some shopping.
Food-wise, I had two multigrain rolls and a pretzel roll in the morning. Later, I ate fried potatoes with vegan dino nuggets and a "Meerfrucht-Berliner" (a fruit-filled donut). I also tried a protein shake – a new protein powder from Ironmax currently available at Lidl. I chose the Chocolate-Cookie flavor, but it contains cookie pieces that don’t dissolve. Drinking it and suddenly having chunks in your mouth felt quite odd, so I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
All in all, it was a day with a good calorie deficit, even though my protein intake was a bit lower than usual.

Das Training klingt ganz geil, grade die kleinen Studios können richtige Perlen sein. Da scheinst du auch eine erwischt zu haben. Richtig gut.
Hoffentlich war das Training auch entsprechend effektiv.
Das im Anschluss euer Plan nicht so ganz aufgegangen ist, das ist natürlich schade, aber da machste nix. Hoffetnlich hat sich die Tour trotzdem gelohnt.
Essenstechnisch klingt das ganz gut, grade mit Frühstück, eine Seltenheit!
Dinonuggets sind auch wieder sehr geil.
Das Proteinpulver klingt echt nicht so gut, das hättest du aber echt nicht anders feststellen können...
