🇩🇪 Deutsch
Die letzten Tage habe ich mich echt ultra schlecht ernährt. Ich habe gefühlt mehr Schokolade gegessen als alles andere. Diese Woche kann man in Sachen Ernährung also wirklich vergessen. Jetzt gerade bin ich im Fitnessstudio auf dem Laufband und wärme mich auf. Die nächsten Tage werden vermutlich genauso verfressen, daher spare ich mir das Kalorienzählen – ich würde sowieso den Überblick verlieren. Nach den Feiertagen werde ich wieder durchstarten.
Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob ich es in den nächsten Tagen schaffe, regelmäßig zu posten, da wir Besuch haben. Ich versuche es, aber ich kann nichts versprechen. Allen, die Weihnachten feiern, wünsche ich schon mal schöne Feiertage und eine tolle Zeit mit euren Liebsten. Und macht es besser als ich – esst nicht so viel Schokolade oder Süßigkeiten. Und wenn doch, dann habt kein schlechtes Gewissen!
Heute werde ich im Studio Beine trainieren, da meine Schulter ziemlich schmerzt. Ich weiß nicht genau, was ich beim letzten Training gemacht habe, aber ich gönne ihr jetzt erstmal eine Pause. Die nächsten Tage werde ich nur Übungen machen, bei denen die Schulter nicht belastet wird. Das schränkt die Auswahl zwar ein, aber es geht nicht anders.

The past few days, my diet has been absolutely terrible. I’ve eaten more chocolate than anything else. This week is a total write-off when it comes to nutrition. Right now, I’m at the gym on the treadmill warming up. The next few days are likely to be just as indulgent, so I won’t even bother tracking calories – I’d just lose track anyway. I’ll get back on it after the holidays.
I’m also not sure if I’ll manage to post regularly in the next few days since we have guests. I’ll try, but I can’t promise anything. For those celebrating Christmas, I wish you wonderful holidays and a great time with your loved ones. And do better than me – don’t overindulge on chocolate or sweets. And if you do, don’t feel guilty about it!
Today, I’ll be training legs because my shoulder is really sore. I’m not sure what I did during my last workout, but I’m giving it a break for now. For the time being, I’ll only do exercises that don’t involve my shoulder, which limits my options a bit, but it’s necessary.
