Ich sitze gerade im Zug auf meinem Weg zurĂŒck in die Heimat. Wesentlich mehr Schritte werde ich heute wohl nicht mehr machen, also kann ich auch fĂŒr heute den Bericht schon abschicken. :P Mein Tag bestand heute gröĂtenteils aus der Zusammenfassung und Verfeinerung der Ergebnisse des Workshops und dem ein oder anderen lĂ€ngeren Telefonat. Da ich zu den Menschen gehöre, die beim Telefonieren auf und ab laufen, konnte ich meine Schritteanzahl heute etwas erhöhen. In Summe habe ich mich heute nicht wirklich viel bewegt. Hotel - Arbeit - Zug. Ohne das Auf- und Ablaufen wĂ€re ich vermutlich heute bei knappen 4000 Schritten.
Bevor einer fragt: Wenn ich telefoniere, bin ich alleine im Zimmer â ich mache also niemanden verrĂŒckt. :D
Eins muss ich noch erwĂ€hnen: Mein ICE war pĂŒnktlich! Das ist das erste Mal, dass mein Zug ohne VerspĂ€tung gekommen ist, und aktuell sind wir mehr als pĂŒnktlich an allen anderen Stationen angekommen. Mein Arbeitskollege hatte weniger GlĂŒck, sein Zug hatte bei meiner Abfahrt bereits 35 Minuten VerspĂ€tung. :D

Iâm currently on the train on my way back home. I probably wonât get many more steps in today, so I might as well send off todayâs report now. :P My day mostly consisted of summarizing and refining the workshop results and having a few longer phone calls. Since Iâm one of those people who pace back and forth while on the phone, I managed to increase my step count a bit today. Overall, I didnât move much: hotel â work â train. Without the pacing, Iâd probably be at barely 4000 steps today.
Before anyone asks: when Iâm on the phone, Iâm alone in the room â so Iâm not driving anyone crazy. :D
One more thing to mention: my ICE train was on time! This is the first time my train has arrived without delay, and so far, weâve been ahead of schedule at every stop. My colleague wasnât as lucky; his train already had a 35-minute delay when I left. :D
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
FrĂŒhstĂŒck habe ich heute komplett geskipt. Zum Mittag gab es fĂŒr mich Lasagne mit einem kleinen Salat. Woran ich heute gemerkt habe, dass wir kurz vor Weihnachten stehen? Eine Kollegin hatte heute selbstgebackene WeihnachtsplĂ€tzchen mitgebracht. Ich habe ein paar davon gegessen. Stand jetzt bin ich aber stark im Kalorienminus â ich werde mal schauen, was ich noch zu Hause zu essen finde.
What about the calories?
I completely skipped breakfast today. For lunch, I had lasagna with a small salad. How did I notice that Christmas is just around the corner? A colleague brought homemade Christmas cookies to the office today. I had a few of them. As of now, Iâm still running a big calorie deficit â Iâll see what I can find to eat at home.
