Ich hab seit heute Morgen das Gefühl, dass irgendwie schon Sonntag ist. Also ich hab die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, ich müsste morgen schon arbeiten, obwohl morgen der Tag ja noch komplett frei ist. Was sehr gut ist. Die meisten meiner Schritte stammen heute daher, dass ich mit meiner Freundin draußen spazieren gewesen bin. Ein bisschen frische Luft. Ist auch nicht schlecht. Ich merke aber allerdings, dass ich richtig Bock hab, voll zu sein gerade. Irgendwie so dieses, ah, ich muss ja wieder arbeiten und was weiß ich. Lebt mich ein bisschen. Ich hab heute trotzdem trainiert. Allerdings nur 45 Minuten. Aber wie gesagt, besser wehne ich jetzt gar nicht. War aber irgendwie super wirr. Also ich hab Schultern gemacht und ein bisschen Bizeps und das war's. Und dementsprechend heute irgendwie ganz, ganz wilder Tag. Also ich freu mich tatsächlich schon ein bisschen irgendwie wieder auf die Arbeit, weil ich Routine bekomme. Aber irgendwie ist es auch so, ah, ich muss wieder. Ganz komisch, aber ich denke mal, das kennt jeder. Wer ein längerer Zeit Urlaub gehabt hat.

Since this morning, I've had the feeling that it's already Sunday. I keep feeling like I have to go back to work tomorrow, even though the whole day is still free, which is great. Most of my steps today come from going on a walk outside with my girlfriend. A bit of fresh air, which is also nice. But I'm noticing that I actually kind of feel like getting things done. It's like, "Oh, I have to get back to work and all that." Kind of pulls me in. I still managed to train today, though only for 45 minutes. But as they say, better something than nothing. It was all a bit scattered somehow—I did shoulders and a bit of biceps, and that was it. So today felt like a really random day. I'm actually looking forward to getting back to work a bit because it gives me a routine. But at the same time, there's that feeling of, "Oh, I have to get back to it." Weird, but I think everyone who's had a longer break knows this feeling.

Was gab's bei mir heute zu essen? Ich hatte, mittags hatte ich ein Chicken Burrito. Habe dann später noch einen Eiweißshake gehabt. Und abends gab's bei uns Reis mit Chicken Curry. Das haben wir selber gemacht, beziehungsweise meine Freundin. Und meine Freundin macht mir das eindeutig viel zu scharf. Also wirklich, sie mag scharfes Essen. Ich mag's, geht so. Aber ich mag's nicht so scharf. Sie mag scharfes Essen. Ich mag's, geht so. Aber das war mir eindeutig zu scharf, bin ich ehrlich.
What about the calories?
What did I eat today? For lunch, I had a chicken burrito. Later, I had a protein shake. And for dinner, we had rice with chicken curry. We made it ourselves, or rather, my girlfriend did. And she definitely makes it way too spicy for me. Seriously, she loves spicy food. I like it... sort of. But I don't like it that spicy. She loves spicy food. I like it... sort of. But honestly, this was way too spicy for me.
