There are two ways you can follow to delegate..
1- Use below link and choose Delegate hive to delegate any amount of HP you want verify using active key.

or you can
go to your wallet https://peakd.com/@fjocanto/wallet
use delegate button and enter ACTIFIT IN Delegatee field. Enter the amount and verify using active key.
