My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2025

A full weekend of running has me wiped!

Today I joined some friends who were training for the upcoming marathon and did a couple of laps with them for moral support. Got about 6 miles in total so that was awesome.

All I’ll say is this, if you don’t see me post here for the next couple of days - it’s because I’m probably getting some much needed rest.

Good way to start the year! Keep up the momentum (after the recovery)!

It's always difficult to participate in a training session for a marathon, especially since it's professional race training if I'm not wrong. Hopefully you're back on your feet in a few days
