I wanted to treat today as more of a rest day, but I ended up going for a 5 mile walk.
It wasn’t strenuous and it was a beautiful day outside, so I don’t really count it as exercise, although I will take the productivity of it when it comes to burning calories.
I completed an eight week lifting program and I’m excited to be moving onto a variation of it over the next couple of weeks. I will continue to work running and other forms of cardio and of course and report back here but 2025 has been off to a great start so far, thankfully!
