My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2025

Another big day for me in terms of steps! This morning, I also started a new phase for leg workouts, so I’m hoping to really feel sore tomorrow.

I did maybe a half mile run after weight training, but my knees have been killing me so I figured I would just walk most of the day. Anytime I had a reason to walk around. I did it just to get the steps in and stay active.

Tomorrow may end up being a rest day, although I would like to work in some kind of cardio so we’ll see if there’s something low impact I can do at the gym. If not then I suppose I’ll do some walking and get those steps in.
