Two hour session today.
Majority was incremental weight increase on the incline bench press to 35 pounds each side. Failure occurred on the close grip to 5 reps.
Then flat bench 35 pounds each side no failure.
Did four sets of 5 reps dips.
Dumbell flies, inclined them presses and upward seating dumbell presses of only 15 pounds each arm, technique over weight.
Progress is slow but I think strength is increasing. Endurance over bulking.
Had a guy comment that my workout is getting me ripped with slow crawl to increase in size but if we both did the routine they would tap out early. Not sure why since he is very big in size.
