Been awhile since I've posted here in Actifit, due to the fact that the Fitbit app had been incorporated into Google accounts. Probably bought out
Anyway my routine has changed a bit. My dips are now 10 reps of 3 sets. And it's manageable with minimal strain.
Bench press routine max is 35 pounds each side for both flat and incline bench.
Ended my workout work abs routine.
