I have often wondered why I do not use the devices I bought with so much motivation and big plans to improve my fitness.
At the beginning I also used the bike and the ball: I cycled, I did my favorite PowerBall exercises. I repeated them. I learned new exercises. And I don't even know when my enthusiasm passed, when I started cycling less and then not at all and when a dozen shirts, cords and other things grew on my bike that hang well on her horns. The ball found its own place away from view under the clothes dryer and I haven't met her since ...

For all this I try to give logical explanations (it's monotonous to work at home, you give in to other temptations and household chores), but I don't think it all comes down to them. I have a lot of acquaintances who have at home either steppers, or bicycles, or benches to perform on the abdomen, or even monstrous massage devices. And all these equipments end up lying abandoned in a corner / closet after being used hard for no more than a month.

So when a co-worker told me enthusiastically that she was planning to start a new, more active life, buying a fitness machine, I could only invite her to go to the gym together, where you want / don't want to go. you want an instructor do not let you leave before the 50 minutes of training. Yes, it's sad but true, that oftentimes, our best intentions turn into glorified clothes hangers! I find that outdoors works best and use the treadmill nature has supplied. If it weren't for that, my health would be in the tank! You did well with your 8361 @actifit steps! Take care and have a good night!
