We are not all built the same, but I don't think there is anyone who wakes up in the morning and says: what do I want to break the room in two and faint a little on the treadmill. As for the abs, squats and push-ups, I don't know if I should mention them.
Starting your morning with a walk is a way to bring extra energy throughout the day. Studies show that adults who walk somewhere every twenty minutes outdoors have more energy and vitality as opposed to those who exercise in certain rooms. A small study found that ten minutes of climbing stairs provided more energy than a cup of coffee.
