Physical activity, the remedy so neglected in our super-technological age, seems to have an important say in sleep. Most people who have adopted a physically active lifestyle say that they rest better than before.
The greatest influence on the quality of sleep has the movement made in the interval 4-5 hours before bedtime. However, contrary to what many believe, exercise in the evening has no harmful effects on sleep.
