It was a clear and sunny morning today, so I went for a run. I was able to run very comfortably with Mt. Fuji. It was so beautiful that I took a little break and took some pictures. It would be nice if I could take time for exercise two or three days a week, but it has been a week since I went for a run. The only way to run on weekdays is to run early in the morning or at night when I am not working, but it is hard to find the time when I am raising a child, Playing Splinterlands, blogging, and doing many other things. I run to stay healthy, but if I lose sleep because of it, it's not worth it.
I find that going for a run in the morning allows me to make the most of my day without spending it in idleness, and I feel a sense of fulfillment. The downside, however, is that I feel like having a beer at noon. Today, too, I'm drinking beer at noon. Well, I often drink from noon even if I don't run. But I only drink on weekends, thinking about my body and money.
In the afternoon, I take a walk with my son as usual. Today he wanted to ride his strider for the first time in a while, so we went to a large park along the coast. I told him that he would have a good view of Mt. Fuji today, but the beautiful Mt. Fuji that was there in the morning was no longer visible.
As we walked around the park, we heard a guitar playing and singing. The sound of the guitar music lured me closer, and I saw a sign for a music concert. There is an open-air music hall here, where events like this are held from time to time. This time, I went inside, thinking it would be okay for my son since it was free to come and go.
There were already several instruments on the stage and performances were taking place. There were not too many people, and the atmosphere was very comfortable and free, with small children running around in the aisles. We were given coffee and snacks and were able to watch two songs.
One of the songs they played was "Stand By Me. It is a great song no matter how many times I hear it. It made me want to see the movie.
After that, Strider's walk continued and I was already exhausted. I looked at the walking distance I had recorded and found that it had exceeded 4 km. I could draw a picture with the trajectory around the park. I stopped when he was playing on the playground equipment, but it took almost an hour and a half. At the end of the walk, my son pushed the stroller himself back to his home. The only time he rode in the stroller was the first time we went to the park. I hope he will graduate from this because there is no point in taking the stroller anymore.

今日は朝からすっきり晴れていたのでランニングに行ってきました。富士山を横目に走るのは気持ちいいものです。とても綺麗だったので、少し休憩がてら写真におさめました。本当は週に2,3日運動の時間を取れると良いのですが、1週間ぶりのランニングです。平日にランニングをするとなると仕事をしていない早朝か夜に走るしかないのですが、育児にスプランやブログ、その他色々やっているとなかなか時間が取れません。健康維持を目的に走っているのにそれが原因で睡眠不足になっては元も子もありません。
朝からランニングに出るとダラダラ過ごすことがなく一日を有効に使うことができて充実感があります。ただし、お昼にビールを飲みたくなるのが難点です。今日も昼からビールです。まあ、走らなくても昼から飲んでることが多いのですが。でも体やお金のことを考えてお酒を飲むのは週末だけにしています。
午後はというといつも通り息子との散歩です。今日は久しぶりにストライダーに乗りたいということで、海岸沿いの広い公園まで行ってきました。富士山が見えるぞーと話しながら公園に向かいましたが、朝綺麗だった富士山はもう見えなくなっていました。
公園中を歩き回っているとギターの演奏と共に歌声が聞こえてきました。その音色に誘われて近くまで行ってみると音楽会の看板が出ています。ここには野外の音楽堂があって、たまにこのようなイベントが開催されます。今回は無料で出入り自由ということで息子でも大丈夫と思い中に入ってみました。
すでにステージにはいくつかの楽器が並び、パフォーマンスが行われていました。人もそれほど多くはなく、小さな子供達が通路を駆け回っていたり自由な雰囲気で居心地がとても良かったです。コーヒーとお菓子をもらい2曲だけですが、鑑賞することができました。
演奏してくれた曲の一つはStand By Meでした。久々に聴きましたが名曲ですね。映画が観たくなりました。
その後もストライダーの散歩は続き私はもうヘトヘトです。記録していたウォーキングの距離を見てみると4kmを超えていました。公園内をグルグルと軌跡で絵が描けそうです。遊具で遊んでいる時は中断しているのですが、時間も１時間半近くになります。最後はベビーカーを息子自ら押して自宅まで帰りました。ベビーカーに乗ったのは公園に行く時の最初だけ。もうベビーカー持って行く意味ないので卒業してくれないかな。

Thanks for the comment! I like the view of Mt. Fuji. This location is a bit far away so you can see it better in winter when the air is clearer.
