I probably already said this, but consider adding vitamin supplements into your diet like b12 or some other supplement. Sometimes those things can give a boost. I like the gummy vitamins, personally, their easy to enjoy at the beginning of the day and throughout if utilizing other gummy vitamins like d3 or vitamin c.
