Today I went to shopping and reached steps goal of the day. But previously I made some workout exercises πͺπΎ .
Today I want to share with you one of my favorite food, and that I always have it my fridge: βEggs π³ πͺΊβ.
Long long time ago it was believed that this tiny food was a dangerous friend for our cholesterol and our heart, but the latest researchers recommended to consume it regularly, to feed our body and brain; because it has THE MOST IMPORTANT NUTRIENTS THAT THE BODY NEEDS NATURALLY π€©.
Besides, it improves the long-term memory, the attention span, and reduce stress; due to a nutrient called βCholineβ that promotes the brain development. Other interesting fact is this food contains βLuteinβ that would be a perfect ally to prevent diseases such Alzheimer.
In the sports field, the egg helps to strengthen the bones and promote muscles growth, because it is loaded with protein and for its simple cell structure.

Exercising regularly is one thing I cannot attain. Congratulations you did it.
We consume 5 eggs almost every day but good for you because I think those eggs are organic. Aren't they? Organic eggs are better than conventional eggs.
Oh 5 eggs that is interesting! I always try to consume organic food, they have more flavor and taste! Maybe they are more expensive, but I prefer to pay more for food instead of medications π (You know what I mean π).
