I never knew! I thought because it's mostly carbs that it wasn't all that good for you. Then throw in that a lot of popcorn is genetically altered, well is made me wonder.

Exactly! I buy natural grain popcorn with no additives and preservatives. I always have one bag (500 g) in my kitchen, and prepare 50-100g per servings.
