Hi everyone!
Today our workout was focused on yoga 🧘🏻♀️ and mindfulness 💆🏾♀️ exercises to:
Relax our muscles.
Learn more about our respiration.
To know how important is to develop our “active listening”.
This practices let us to do our routine according to the master instructions, and at the same time help us to be aware of our daily activities, we can apply it (specially mindfulness) in our job to be more efficient in our responsibilities.
