Today the journey was really long: 14,7 km. But to recover my energy I made this delicious and healthy smoothie with the coconut milk that I prepare yesterday.
The recipe of today is: “Fast & Delicious Smoothie of strawberries”
Ingredients: (Portion: 1 person).
50g of Strawberries (They can be frozen if you want it)
250 ml of coconut milk.
4 tablespoons of Honey.
A pinch 🤏🏾 of cinnamon (If you like it).
Mix together in a blender, serve into your favorite glass and ready to drink!
With this smoothie you will obtain vitamins and minerals like magnesium, potassium, iron, vitamin c, etc, but specially a refreshing taste in your mouth!
