My workout has been very very intense! It is the premium gift from my coach every Monday! π
But the real fact is that I'm progressing with my training techniques and my resistance, and I think that's the best result of discipline, perseverance and commitment to myself.
I believe that when you are truly committed to your goals, you can see your life clearly and stay in tune with your "today and now". When you take the time to write down your personal goals, you have the ability to measure yourself and lead your life in a better way, with your tone, with your challenges, with your ups and downs, it's you challenging yourself.
For me, life is a bit like a game of "Choose Your Own Adventure", isn't it? We're all on this wild ride, navigating twists, turns and unexpected plot twists. But here's the kicker: we get to write our own story. And that's where personal growth comes in. It's like leveling up in a video game, every challenge we face, every obstacle we overcome, adds another notch to our character development. Sure, it's not always easy. There are times when we feel stuck in a rut, like we're trapped in a never-ending game of Groundhog Day. But here's the secret sauce: βEvery setback is just a setup for a comebackβ.
So embrace the journey, embrace the messy, beautiful chaos of personal growth. Because in the end, it's not about getting there, it's about enjoying the ride and becoming the best version of ourselves along the way.
Iβm embracing my daily workout routine, because Iβm focused on my health, and combining it with an appropriate eating habits π½ Iβm really sure that the results (In the long term) will be amazing!
