My Actifit Report Card: With healthy eating

Hi everyone! 😎 Today I want to talk about food!

We've all heard the saying, "You are what you eat." And while we're not suggesting you'll turn into a walking, talking broccoli if you munch on too many greens, there's some truth to the old adage.

Eating well isn't just about fitting into our skinny jeans (although that's a nice bonus). It's about fueling our body with the good stuff nutrient rich foods that nourish us from the inside out. Specially if you take some minutes of your day to do exercises (just like me). And you if you do “lift weight”, you must be more awareness about you daily menu.
Think of it as giving to our body a VIP pass to the wellness party.

So, pile on those veggies, savor the rainbow of flavors on your plate, and remember: every bite is a step toward a healthier, happier you.
