It was another beautiful day today, so after my first shift at work, I went out for my daily stroll around the lanes near my house in Keysham.
The hedgerows this time of year are full of wild flowers, so today I spent a bit of time taking pictures of a few of the more common ones along my route.
The first flower picture is of a common dead nettle, and after a little searching on the Internet, I think the pink flower is Dove's-foot Crane's-bill, but I'm not certain.
And finally, we have a clump of dandelions pushing through the cow parsley.
And just as my camera battery was running out, I came across this 7 spot ladybird doing a very poor job of trying to hide.
Thank you for reading, and I'll be back tomorrow
