My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2024

in Actifit7 months ago

As per normal on Thursdays, after my first shift at work, I went out for my run.

Today, I did a slightly longer run than normal, of a bit over 15km. I was trying to keep my heart rate in zone 2, and, except for the steeper hills, I was broadly successful with an overall heart rate average of 137bpm.

Today's route was one that I've done quite a few times before, which takes me through the villages of Saltford, Burnett, Compton Dando, and Chewton Keynsham.

As you can see from my pictures, it was a fairly overcast day, which was a bit of a contrast from the hot sun of my last few runs. Perhaps that's why it was easier for me to keep my heart rate under control.

Thank you for reading, and I'll be back tomorrow.

What lovely views on your run. I suppose the overcast day is perfect too. Thank you for sharing such lovely photos. Happy weekend!

Thank you, and yes, I do find it easier to run when it is a little overcast.
