Hey @amico.sports! Glad you got out for a run! As for coffee, there is NOTHING better than freshly roasted coffee! Most coffee purchased in stores is already at least 2-4 months old and often is the bottom of the barrel if it's not specialty coffee. I have been roasting our own coffee since 2006.
