My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2025

I follow a medical surgeon who graduated from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), I admire her a lot because her favorite activity is running, I followed her when she was just studying and was about to graduate. She said that she was organized with her studies and graduated with honors in medicine, she also represented the Central University of Venezuela in Caracas for excelling in a running marathon.

She said that, just being some physical activity that made us happy; not necessarily running but either dancing, walking, going to the gym or swimming for example. So, I decided to go to dance therapy to dance and feel good to the rhythm of the music, taking advantage of the fact that I have Actifit that counts the steps I take to the movement I make. I am a physiotherapist, I prescribe exercises for my patients to move, so I also have to set an example.

When I finished, I also walked home and Actifit also counted the steps. I also met up with three friends I know from the school in my neighborhood, so we are the youngest among the elderly. I hope you like it and tell me if you do any kind of exercises.

It is very important to set an example, and to do some activity that we like, so that we do not feel that we are forced to do it and we do not leave aside the routine.
