Candy Store for the fatass

Yesterday was just plain sad. I only did 7k steps and on top of that, I went to the candy store late at night to have some cookies, chocolates and a coke.

We all need days like the one I had Yesterday but let's be honest, it could have been a healthier day with just pizza or something yummy and way less sugary.

Sugar is the silent killer and i know that. Well, sugar and carbs but that's a whole different story.

Anyway, I believe I deserved how yesterday went down and in fact I got a lot of my work done. Not every day can be an active actifit kind of day y'know.

Yeah, sugar or carb is a silent killer but we know it's so delicious. I think it's fine to have it as long as it's not all the time and accompanying with some sweating.

Definitely the most delicious part of the food pyramid but for me carbs are the main killer, actually I should stop eating them altogether but as you say, yum :P

We know that sugar and carbohydrates are bad for you, but they are irresistible, just like fried foods. How difficult! What is true is that these guilty pleasures cannot be consumed every day.

Indeed and to be honest I don't feel like stopping, but on the other hand and at the same time, carbs are silently killing us all.

We all have those days, indeed! But if you're overall focused on health, a one day set-back won't kill you. It's the lifelong habits that really matter. :)

Haha! I know how you feel! I sometimes also "over"-indulge in sweet and sugary stuff :p
