Today's activity for me was very important because I had been been down for 2 days with migraines. So I had to watch how much work I do today in other not to over stress myself,
I did go to the gym this morning to get some gains , but stuck with light weight exercises.
After returning from the gym, I went out for work at my farm , I had to check how well my chickens were doing especially the layers and to check if they had dropped some eggs, because they had already left their previous chicks to fend for themselves.
After farm work I took a long nap to calm my nerves after a long day of work.
I also took my medications and supplements that aid my recovery not missing any so that I can heal better.
It really is good to be back once more to write on this platform.
My day was more subtle but still fitness filled.
