Just another day of working from home yesterday and going to the gym after work. Nothing much to share here really, just my workout log.

Here’s my workout:

RDL:
8x2 20kgx2
4 20kgx2

Hip Abduction:
8x2 82kg
7 82kg

Leg Press:
8x2 65kgx2
7 66.25kgx2

Plus 15mins walk on the treadmill.
