So yesterday my legs and 🍑 were sore but that didn’t stop me from skipping shoulders and biceps day. My laziness started kicking in in the afternoon though but I reminded myself my biceps are no longer as defined as before 😢(I think).
I was struggling through the whole workout and everything felt sooo heavy, it was frustrating. Oh well, that will be my motivation for now. Once I feel satisfied again I’m pretty I’m gonna slack off again 😆 It’s the circle of life 🦁
Anyway, here’s my workout yesterday:
Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
4 16kgx2
5x2 16kgx2
Lat Raise:
8x2 8kgx2
9 8kgx2
Dumbbell Curls:
8x2 8kgx2
7 9kgx2
Hammer Curls:
8x2 8kgx2
10 8kgx2
And because of sore muscles it was kinda felt weird when I tried to jog so I settles with inclined walk on the treadmill for 30mins.
