I'm not particularly fond of sweet ones anyway your salty pancake looks more delicious. Can you share its recipe?

My recipe this time was quite simple, I used what I had at home :)
Grated zucchini (I used one and a half, they were not so small. Add salt and after 10-15 minutes strain off water), flour, salt and two eggs. :) Mix all and bake. Cannot say the exact amounts, but if the pancakes are too watery they will stick to the pan, then add more flour. Sometimes I add some grated cheese, it adds nice flavour also. Hope you like them. :)
