. LOL. So, here i am doing it again. Nothing much change after almost half of year. Right now i am starting to do weight lifting on my home using dumbless. And on Wednesday i always do cardio by walking around my neighbourhood. Today is sunny day and more hot compared than yesterday. i dont know in my country right now is starting to dry season or not. Since sometimes it still having heavy rain. But, i am now startinf addicted to working out. So, missing working out is kinda similar to missing chance to smoke. And talking about smoking. Right now i am sober from Vape for almost 5 months. Thats quite something for me. But FYI guys, vape is more addictinf than cigarretes. If you stopping from cigar, the relapse feeling just strong in 1 or 2 firat week. But Vape, after stopping aeound 5 months yet sometimes i still want to vaping. The addiction is not completely gone. So, if you want to stop smoking and startinf vape, i dont think that will be good idea. It worse than cigar. So, better just stop and change your addiction to working put addiction. At least it healthier than smoking. The feel of dophamine are same. I can say that because i am ex smoker too. Almost 18 years smoking and i can stop it. Why would not you?
Long time no see i am writing actifit in the moment. Almost half of year. Yeah my phone battery started to broke. It cannot long lasting for more than 2 hours. Thats why i cannot use actifit apps at that time. But not long ago i just bought my new phone. And yeah i need to learn about this new phone and change all to my style first. However, right now after i introducing Actifit to my childhood friend and using my alter hive account @woofie, i feel missing writing about my daily activity again
