I tried to pull up, but I couldn't even do 1 rep. I intend to strengthen my shoulders, back and core to be able to pull up, besides that I also have to lose weight. I'm pretty intense cardio, surprisingly it's easier for me. This morning was quite short, I ran 5km in 50 minutes. Made me feel more energized this morning. Happy weekend everyone!
