If you feel in a bad mood, take a morning walk. It does feel very hard when you have to walk, but remember, when you have walked 1 km, your heart will feel relieved.
I did it this morning, I felt very bad, I even felt like crying. However, if I had to stay on the bed, it would be much harder. I would cry all day and do nothing. So I better turn up the volume on my headset and then walk as much as I can, at least 3 km.
