Have you ever felt very worried when you saw the numbers on the scale?
For me, now it's all not important at all. I understand the meaning behind not focusing on the numbers on the scale.
I am more mindful of what I eat, what I do and what is a priority for my body, namely health. I am wise to anticipate fear because my weight is increasing, all of that cannot change my mindset about my body shape.
I prefer to count using a meter rather than a scale, that's why I can gradually reach the phase of understanding my body.
Can anyone guess my weight correctly?
