Not every day I'm excited to work out at the gym, there are even days when I'm really lazy to do anything. But, do I follow my heart? Sometimes yes. Sometimes I just want to sleep but sometimes if I want to, I immediately erase it from my mind.
Like today, it was already raining in the morning and I was really lazy to go, but I still exercised even though the feeling of laziness was too much in my mind and heart.
