My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2025

First day of leg training after 2 weeks off. I dropped a few kg of the plates that were usually my training weights, I was in recovery. That's right, recovering to get back into the spirit of training. The feeling of laziness was so sharp, I couldn't even open my eyes this morning. It felt like my whole body was very tired, even though it was just my mind that was being visited by laziness.
