Just walking today. First day of period but my stomach is still fine. As long as it's still fine then I won't stop exercising. When my period is very heavy, I just rest and sleep all day at home.
Of course it's necessary, to keep my body stable and easy to recover. Achieving body goals is not only about maintaining food and exercise but considering the body's needs to be able to rest and that's when muscle growth occurs.
