Hello Steemit Community Friends.

Today I will share a little story with all my friends, this morning I exercise jogging with my friends, do you know friends ?? jogging is very important to maintain the health of our bodies.

Not only that, jogging also has a variety of other benefits, namely:

  1. Lose weight and prevent obesity.

  2. Increase stamina and endurance.

  3. Reducing cholesterol and keeping blood sugar levels and blood pressure stable.

  4. Prevent diabetes, stroke and heart disease.

So I suggest to friends do not forget to do jogging or other sports to maintain your body fitness.
