Walked a lot near our area to go somewhere with a lot of stairs. Climbed this set of stairs up and down a few times. This few days will be my preparation before I start my weight lifting again in the gym. I decided to go to the gym again starting the coming weeks since the local gym just a few blocks from our home opened again. Its the most basic gym with little to no machines, just a few bench and a few racks, with lots of barbells and dumbbells
